GENEREL
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Essens Studio (hereinafter “the Company”). By booking or purchasing a service, the client agrees to these terms.
SERVICES
Essens Studio provides primarily online interior design services, including but not limited to:
Online interior consultations
Design concepts
Space planning and layout suggestions
Product recommendations
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Essens Studio does not carry out on-site visits, physical styling, purchasing, or execution of the final design unless this has been clearly agreed as part of a separate arrangement.
All deliverables are advisory and based on the information, preferences, and budget provided by the client.
AGREEMENT
An agreement is considered binding once the client has accepted a proposal in writing (email, message, etc.) or completed payment.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are stated in EUR and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, payment may be split into agreed installments.
DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are agreed individually and depend on the scope of the project. Delays may occur if required materials or feedback from the client are not provided on time.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate measurements and information
Supplying necessary materials (photos, floor plans, etc.)
Responding within agreed timeframes
Essens Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
REVISIONS & ADDITIONAL WORK
The scope of each service includes a limited number of revisions, as agreed in advance. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
More than 48 hours before scheduled service: full refund
Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: no refund
Due to the nature of digital and customized services, work that has already commenced is non-refundable.
LIABILITY
Essens Studio provides guidance and creative direction only.
The Company is not liable for:
Execution by contractors or third parties
Product defects, delays, or availability from external suppliers
Outcomes resulting from the client’s implementation of the design
PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
All product suggestions are provided as guidance only. Essens Studio is not responsible for pricing changes, stock availability, delivery, or quality of third-party products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by Essens Studio remain the intellectual property of the Company. The client is granted a non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
